I had service performed on my 2022 Silverado which I purchased from Lakeside. Setting up the appointment was simple and quick. When I arrived the service department was ready to take my truck and do t purchased from Lakeside. Setting up the appointment was simple and quick. When I arrived the service department was ready to take my truck and do the scheduled maintenance. I also had one tire that was low and had them check it out. My truck was ready within the hour complete with a fixed tire that had a screw in it! Service was great, staff was friendly and everyone there was helpful. I would highly recommend Lakeside Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. They don't forget about you after the sale!!!! More

super nice and friendly but unfortunately they couldn’t figure out the issues and still charged me 330 for both diagnostics,i had told them what i had believe was the issue which was the ecm needing reflas figure out the issues and still charged me 330 for both diagnostics,i had told them what i had believe was the issue which was the ecm needing reflashed and instead of just reflashing it they did they’re diagnostic told me what i already knew and still didn’t even try reflashing it to be on the safe side More

Oil change takes over two hours everytime I go. Staff is rude especially the woman in the service department. Did not perform maintenance that they said they did and charged for. I had a routine maintenance check done and was told my truck was perfect.. it is in fact not perfect and there are many things wrong that they should have pointed out. My car doesn't run as smoothly after I had my oil change, coolant flush, and transmission flush. It was not that loud before bringing it in. They even acknowledged hearing it. One of the guys mentioned paying for a diagnostic scan, but I won't spend more money for an issue that occurred after their services. This is the first major issue I've had, but I don't like that they're just okay with not knowing what's causing it, and their solution was for me to spend even more money on it. More

The quality of service is top notch. Friendliness of the people is great. My truck had 4400 miles when I brought it in and the tires had already been rotated once.
