When I called to see if they could repair our Kia Sorrento, they said “yes” and scheduled us for the very next day. They offered us a loaner car for the couple hours it would take to fix, but we opt Sorrento, they said “yes” and scheduled us for the very next day. We were very happy with who we spoke with in the service office. She was friendly, helpful, and her communication skills were excellent. She knew how to treat a customer. Our car was fixed and we were on our way. Very (positively) different than I expected. I thought we would be without a car for days for parts or being backed up. We are already telling friends and neighbors about this very positive experience. Thank you again! More

The service was good and fast, however the prices are too high. Paying $100 for an oil change and $20 for a tire rotation isn't acceptable.
