Brought my car for an oil change and window service (window wouldn't run up or down with button). Car was diagnosed and appointment made for work on the window the following Friday. Dealership didn't o (window wouldn't run up or down with button). Car was diagnosed and appointment made for work on the window the following Friday. Dealership didn't order the right part and ended up keeping my car until Monday afternoon. Door wasn't put back together correctly, lock doesn't go down anymore and dash continues to notify me that the window is broken, which at least the window itself seems to be working. I haven't even called to let them know it's still messed up because I can't afford to be without my car for 3 days again. Only giving 2 stars because at least the guy who dealt with the situation was polite and knocked $50 off the total. More

Has potential and seems to keep good inventory of vehicles. But the body shop failed and service dept has had plenty of issues compared to the ft Wayne location. My experience last week was it took 4 vehicles. But the body shop failed and service dept has had plenty of issues compared to the ft Wayne location.
