My first hand experience involved three visits for one routine maintenance appointment, they created a problem they never fixed, actually damaged the body of the vehicle, then lied about it when I confronted them and still refused to fix it without charge even though it was on camera, I watched them up-charging me and everyone around me in the waiting room while telling a few that it would be unsafe for them to leave without additional (unnecessary) repairs. Also they lied on their evaluation of what needed fixed; I know because literally I had some of those items done just a few days beforehand. Only reason I went here was because I was pressed on time to do it myself. Bottom line: Do not trust this place!! More

I was there for a diagnostic and potential service. This location has great customer service. The service team also seems competent, trustworthy, and kind. It's a clean facility which offers a waiting area and beverages/snacks while waiting. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I believe service costs are highly expensive. It was going to cost me $600+ (not including the part, which was only $180) just to change ONE fuel injector. I don't understand why there is nearly a 300-400% markup for service. Otherwise, I would love to be a consistent customer. More
