We have a Volt that is still under warranty. We took it to this dealer to get an oil change, tire rotation, and new battery. Upon getting the car back and home, we noticed that there was no oil change stic to this dealer to get an oil change, tire rotation, and new battery. Upon getting the car back and home, we noticed that there was no oil change sticker, and tire gages read the same as when it was brought in. Husband had to go back the next day for something (I think it was battery related) and he asked if the oil change and rotation was done as we were charged for it and there was no sticker as is usually done. Husband was told the work was done and put a sticker on the windshield. The sticker had the wrong info on it. The new battery was installed, I'm assuming properly because the car is running. Someone at the dealership suggested that hubby get future work done at a shop across the street because this dealership doesn't have any certified mechanics. We try to take proper care of our vehicles and the car manual says to take it to the Chevy dealership. Guess we will look for another dealership. Still don't know if the tires were roatated! More

The service center at this dealership did a poor job of maintenance on my vehicle. They sprayed undercoating on my truck and ended up getting some on my driver seat when moving it afterward. They take a long time to contact you and this last job they did without giving me a quote first. When I picked it up, my driver’s side window was open a crack and it won’t go up or down at all. Had thermostat, water pump, serpentine belt and heater and intercooler hoses replaced 4/16/21. Took in on 9/3/21 for another issue. Paperwork stated coolant recovery fluid level was checked.
