I was unhappy to be told 3 different prices. I was told 1000. Dollars, then told 1500 then I was called and told it would cost 2600. Completely incompetent and will find any way they can to not honor their lifetime warranty. We have a Volt that is still under warranty. We took it to this dealer to get an oil change, tire rotation, and new battery. Upon getting the car back and home, we noticed that there was no oil change stic to this dealer to get an oil change, tire rotation, and new battery. Upon getting the car back and home, we noticed that there was no oil change sticker, and tire gages read the same as when it was brought in. Husband had to go back the next day for something (I think it was battery related) and he asked if the oil change and rotation was done as we were charged for it and there was no sticker as is usually done. Husband was told the work was done and put a sticker on the windshield. The sticker had the wrong info on it. The new battery was installed, I'm assuming properly because the car is running. Someone at the dealership suggested that hubby get future work done at a shop across the street because this dealership doesn't have any certified mechanics. We try to take proper care of our vehicles and the car manual says to take it to the Chevy dealership. Guess we will look for another dealership. Still don't know if the tires were roatated! More
