I have had my vehicle serviced here for the past 3 years. Each time, it costs more than was expected. My last service on 10/20/26 was for tire rotation and oil change. My certified technician Bryce managed to snap one of the lug nuts, so I ended up having to pay $187.23 more than expected to repair their mistake. It was also offered that I change out all 24 lug nuts at a cost of $448 as the technician would prefer to have to only use one key in future rotations. They also warned that this could happen again in the future but oddly enough, not over the past 3 years of rotation. Other services were recommended: Brake Fluid Exchange - last done on 6/19/26, Transmission Fluid Exchange - last done on 4/6/26, Transfer Case Fluid Service - last done on 4/6/26, and Replace Rear Brake Pads and Rotors - last done on 6/19/26. All these services were performed by the same service department at Lakeside Huntington Chevrolet. It appears this service department is trying to solicit services that aren't truly needed or the work that they complete such as the rear brake pads and rotors were substandard. I do not recommend using this dealership and will find a reputable dealer to further service my vehicle. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid at all costs! More

Disappointed in the ethics of a place that won't honor the price listed on autotrader that stated Dealer Fees included and then charged her $1200 in Disappointed in the ethics of a place that won't honor the price listed on autotrader that stated Dealer Fees included and then charged her $1200 in dealer fees and wouldn't budge or make an effort to honor the autotrader listing which is what brought us into the place. Saying they have no control over what 3rd party sites write about their cars & blaming the owners - Schilling and Probst. You can't tell me that $1200 would break Lakeside Chevrolet. Car dealerships have a bad enough reputation that you'd think they'd want to do what they could to preserve customer good will and promote a better reputation. More

We drove almost 4 hours to purchase a car Allen said was a specific condition. We rented a car, took days off work and drove all the way there. All to find a very rough, not at all as described & honestly a specific condition. We rented a car, took days off work and drove all the way there. He brought Casey out; who proceeded to get very upset, told us we had no idea what we were talking about & we essentially wasted our time driving down there. We got financing ahead of time, insured the vehicle, etc. Once we left, Allen would not lay off of our phones trying to guilt us into coming back. We had already started our drive home and had to get the rental car back by a certain time. If you’re looking for the classic “car salesman” mentality; these guys are it! More
