The latest service work I had done started out with a problem that was my fault. I was supposed to bring the vehicle in for a free inspection to keep the lifetime power-train warranty in force. Due to a severe illness I was not able to bring it in on time and Chrysler canceled the coverage. I called Chrysler several times explaining the situation and they would not reinstate the coverage. I went back to Lamberts and spoke with the owner John and service manager Phil and explained my situation. Phil contacted one of his service reps and working with him got it reinstated for me, no doubt saving me thousands of dollars in repair bills over the years I plan to keep the vehicle.
I can't stress enough what a great dealership this is. Most of the employees have been there for many years which is rare in the auto sales business. Everyone is very friendly, they recently completed a large renovation and have an excellent friendly showroom and waiting area. John, the owner, is there most of the times I have been there and is always very friendly and welcoming.
