Competent Salesman and Good Purchase Experience I came in to the dealership's service dept. for a check engine light. I was not happy with the resulting diagnosis of the problem. Enjoyable no pressure shopping We found a car we liked and Jeff showed us the sticker price minus all discounts and gave us the total out the door cost. The prior car we bought the sales man would not give us the total out the door price, he asked how much we can pay monthly and gave os a 36 month payment, it was to much so he went back and forth with the finance guy until they worked out a payment close to what we could afford, what he did was change the term from 36months to 39 months, but didn’t explain that he did that. So we got screwed, I will NEVER buy from them again!! Lambert is the only dealership I will buy from going forward. More
