I had shopped all the local and some national GMC Dealers before buying this car. First, I have to say the GMC sales staff were a cut above other car makers. But with John Marsillo, it was easy. I told him what I wanted with an out the door price, gave him the info on my trade-in, and he called me back with a price, which was better than everyone else. In fact, I gave two other salesman a chance to beat the price, and they could not do it. I'm very happy with the truck - so far it is better than I thought it would be! Chris Cooper spent much time with me going over the truck and explaining all its features (I was very appreciative as many of the electronics, 4 wheel drive, and towing package info I was unfamiliar with. I have also been to the parts department for an accessory purchased afterward, and found them to be friendly and very attentive. And I should add that Financing was very easy - I got a great rate and a bank that I could work with to pay it off early.
