When I walked into the dealership, I had no intentions of buying a car. I was only there for a dealership sponsored driving event. Mike gave me the history of the Diablo and I left the dealership in my Gallardo. Only a few hours later I talked to John Hrad about the car and knew it was the car for me. I drove back to the dealership, traded my Gallardo and bought the Diablo in a matter of minutes. I have known John Hrad and Tim McKenna for years, but never purchased a vehicle from them. I never felt pressured to buy a car from them, but was always invited to enthusiast events hosted by the dealership. Both guys are friendly and honest. Tim and Louie were the ultimate customer service people. I am not able to say car salesmen because that would be an insult. They made the process smooth and painless. I arrived on a Friday night and was hoping it would be ready to go on Saturday. Isais picked me up at the hotel on Saturday morning and took me to the store. Unfortunately, my luck wasn't good. The tire that needed to be replaced didn't arrive. It was my choice to hope it was ready. The tire was something I didn't expect. Tim noticed it had quite a bit of wear and decided to have it replaced. The BMW dealer checked the car out while replacing the tire and found it needed a fan. This was replaced too. I dont know of many car dealers that would send a used car to a dealer for a "check-up". This is above and beyond. The poor timing left my wife without a car. We completed all of the paperwork in record time. Louie and Tim sent me on the way in a loaner Porsche. The car was delivered to Houston the next week. This is one of the best groups of people that I have found in the car business. I would recommend them to anyone. More
