As you can see, we strive for ultimate customer satisfaction every day. We are sorry that you did not feel that you received this level of service from us. In this specific case, we certainly went the extra mile to have the car independently assessed by a factory authorized Lamborghini store when we were first informed of the issue. After investigation, we learned the car had been sent to an independent shop by the owner a few days prior to the issue being brought to our attention. Naturally, we had some concern that the car was in the hands of a non-factory non-certified Lamborghini deal, but nonetheless asked the Lamborghini store to do everything they could to ensure it was right. While in possession of the Lamborghini service dept, a sensor went out on the exhaust system causing the check engine light to come on. We gladly paid for the sensor to make it right for the customer. 2 factory certified Lamborghini stores told this customer there is nothing wrong the car, it is running perfect, and the small amount of oil in the coolant was absolutely no harm to the car.
