I came into the dealership not expecting to purchase the vehicle that I saw on the web. (It was a bit out of my price range.) At the end of the day I was in the EXACT car I had been searching for over the previous two months. I have a good feeling about the car and the deal. I most enjoyed the fact that Louie handled the entire deal from the initial handshake to the the signing of the finance papers for the loan in the deal. This was my first experience with the dealership, so I was a little reluctant to purchase an automobile "long distance" - I live in Florida. From the first moment I contacted Alex, I had a professional, no-pressure, and polite experience. And when Alex was not available to answer my questions, the manager, Tim McKenna was there to respond. They followed up on my initial contact, but they did not "push" the sale. When I was finally ready to close the deal, they had a very reasonable price offer, and they shipped the car - in fact, they did so even before receiving my signed paperwork! The car was everything they promised, and even included items that we had not negotiated (car cover, for instance). Financing was a breeze, and they were able to match my preferred rate from my local bank. The follow-up after the delivery has been excellent, as well. I have absolutely no hesitation in fully and unconditionally recommending the dealership - and particularly Tim and Alex. I plan on sending all my friends to them! Well done! More
