My rating of 5 for customer service was based on my experience over the 2 yrs. I owned a LP640 which I purchased from Lambo. of Dallas. The personnel I dealt with are the same people currently in place experience over the 2 yrs. I owned a LP640 which I purchased from Lambo. of Dallas. The personnel I dealt with are the same people currently in place which provided me with absolutely the highest level and quality of service I have ever experienced. This was true from the sales side, the service side as well as the back office. The people I dealt with made my overall experience a great one and that's why I'm back looking and planning for my future purchase of another Lambo. from this dealershipI have been very impressed with the way the people at this dealership have kept me informed about upcoming events as well as all the new product offerings. I always felt welecome even at this dealership even though I was not a current Lambo. owner. The quality of the work was always top notch and better yet I was always kept fully informed with no surprises at the end. Best yet I always got my car back when I was told it would be ready. My overall experience with this dealer could not be better and if I could give their personnel a higher rating than a 5 I would. I continue to recommend this dealer to my associates with no reservations and will continue to do so. I gave price a 4 rating only because I can't buy two cars not because the car isn't worth every penny. I had an incredible experience with my LP640 with only the best things to say about the dealer persnnel and the car. PS. I really like the new location so much better and the showroom, offices, and service area are all beneffiting a great car. More

Dallas Lamborghini made buying a pre owned vehicle palatable. Their website lists details and numerous pictures of the vehicle so I had a very good idea of the condition of the vehicle before vehicle palatable. The salesman, John Hrad had a no nonsense approach, we literally spend less than 5 minutes discussing price. The General Manager greeted me after we agreed on pricing and showed me around the dealership as the detail shop applied complimentary leather protectant to the upholstery of my new Hummer. I was on my way home a satisfied customer in less than 2 hours. More

Although I am from New Jersey and not Texas, I have bought two Lamborghini Murcielago's from Scott Whitworth at Lamborghini Dallas. A short while after purchasing my first car (2004 Murcielago) i gave bought two Lamborghini Murcielago's from Scott Whitworth at Lamborghini Dallas. A short while after purchasing my first car (2004 Murcielago) i gave Scott a call to keep on the lookout for an LP640 in Rosso Vik. I received a call a few months later that he was able to locate the exact car I was looking for. With no expectations, Scott gave me a price and we worked out a deal for the trade of my 2004 and the delivery of the 2009 right to my door 2300 miles away. Throughout the sales process I never felt pressured by Scott or anyone from the dealership. The entire staff from Parts, Service and Finance were all exceptionally friendly and informative. I would definitely buy another car from Scott and the team at Lamborghini Dallas in the future even though I have a factory certified Lamborghini dealer right here in my home state. I have a real feeling of customer satisfaction because all of the dealings from inquiry to purchase went so smoothly. I look forward to the new Murcielago replacement as I am sure to be in close contact with Scott when the new model hits the showroom. More

The main reason i buy from John is that i trust him, period. i have bought lots of cars over the years but once you find someone you can trust when buying a $125.000 car you stay with that person until period. i have bought lots of cars over the years but once you find someone you can trust when buying a $125.000 car you stay with that person until they lose your trust. John does not pressure you or give more information than you need. It took him almost 6 months to find my Turbo and i love it. More
