I absolutely love everything about Lamborghini and the Indigo Group. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure the best in customer service AFTER the sell. Which, is important for me as a customer. I can’t say the same thing about Ferrari, which has a policy of ignoring the customers after the sell. Lamborghini and McLaren are exceptional in providing the best in class treatment for their customers from the moment you walk in the door. From sales, to service to whatever need a customer has, Lamborghini and the Indigo Group fill those needs without hesitation. Travis is one of my absolute favorites at Lamborghini and really takes care of my Performante as if it were his own and treats me like I’m a member of his family. I’m a repeat and loyal customer and I appreciate that Lamborghini cultivates caring for their customers. More

I recently bought a vehicle from their used car inventory. The overall buying experience was fine but everything else fell far short after that. The vehicle I bought was never inspected before it w inventory. The overall buying experience was fine but everything else fell far short after that. The vehicle I bought was never inspected before it was listed for sale and when I was ready to take delivery of it I was told that there was a minor oil leak that needed to be addressed before I could take it home. Long story short, that "minor" oil leak was nothing close to minor. After waiting over three weeks for my car and fighting for them to cover a rental for the meantime I saw that the whole engine was basically torn down to address the leak. After another week I finally got the car and that same day it was overheating and the check engine light was on due to vacuum lines and electrical connectors being undone. The alignment was so far off that the tires were choppy and the vehicle roared progressively louder as speeds increased. I told the dealer personnel that I had lost confidence in that vehicle and wanted another one. They worked with me on the price of another vehicle and I traded out into a different car. Things got worse from there. I purchased an extended warranty for the first vehicle and was told that they would take care of getting that warranty coverage transferred over to the new vehicle. I never received confirmation about the warranty transfer and when I did call they told me that it was my responsibility. I have called and emailed multiple times to my salesperson, the general manger, and the finance manager that handles the warranty and I never receive an answer or call back. At this point I am out thousands of dollars for this warranty and I still don't have the coverage that was promised on my current vehicle. I will be reporting this dealership to the BBB and highly recommend that anyone reading this takes their business elsewhere. More
