I booked my service (and the recall ) a week out , when I got there they said they didn't have the spare part and I need to come back in a week or two and they need the car for 3 days. Wish they would have t got there they said they didn't have the spare part and I need to come back in a week or two and they need the car for 3 days. Wish they would have told me that when I booked ! I needed a loaner but none was available for 2 weeks , as apparently you only have 3 loaners . The lady on the phone was very helpful, it's not her fault that you don't have enough loaners.
