As my dear old Italian friend said as he picked up his new Alpha: “I feel like I am an Italian again!” That pretty much sums up my experience of owning my new Maserati Levante. They are the most knowledgeable and professional dealership in the Bay Area. Adis Arnautovic was my salesperson. I talked with him several times on the phone before making the trip up to the dealership. He never called me or pressured me to come see the car I was interested in. When I showed up unannounced he showed me the car and took me for a test drive. After talking to Ray Chan the Sales Manager and Adis we came to a price for the car without haggling. I can't say enough about the professionalism and knowledge of the Alfa the staff had. The car was prepped beautifully and placed in the showroom for me to pick up 2 days later. Everything was done as promised. I researched the dealerships throughout the State to find what I wanted and was prepared to go anywhere if the dealership had the right car and really demonstrated an expertise of the Alfa Romeos and knew how Alfa as a company operated. I talked with Parts and Service personnel and everyone was exceptional. I will be driving my car 150 miles to get it serviced because I have total confidence in this dealership's staff and how they will take care of my Stelvio. Anyone who needs one of the car brands they sell I highly recommend you make a trip to this dealership before buying anywhere else. More
