Easiest Auto Purchase I Ever Made! My wife and I went to see Koko because he had sold many trucks to the company I work for. Right from the start of our visit our experience was pleasan My wife and I went to see Koko because he had sold many trucks to the company I work for. Right from the start of our visit our experience was pleasant, from the receptionist, to the salesman, to the owner. Having purchased two other vehicles elsewhere within the last three years, I was expecting a battle for a decent price and planned on a few hours of sitting waiting for paperwork. It was a nice surprise to be treated fairly on price and be on our way home within a couple hours including two test drives. When we picked up the vehicle of course it was ready, cleaned perfectly, gassed up,registered and inspected. Other places would have required a trip back for inspection sticker. Koko sat in the car with us and showed us all the features and how to operate them even syncing our phones. I would absolutely return to buy again and refer my family and friends. I sent in an inquery via the internet on a 2014 Escape. Derek called me the next day and we set up and appointment for a test drive. A few days later I was in my "new to me" Escape. Derek did an awesome job taking me through the process, as well as, showing this ole' dog the new "Bells & Whistles" that come with the Titanium models. (Blue tooth, voice command & GPS etc) I would definetly consider Lamoureux Ford for my next new car purchase! More
