Wonderful and Relaxing and Easy car buying Experience! I was really pleased with my experience at Lamoureux. I had bought my first car from Bill Thibaud back in 2010 and remembered having a great experienc I was really pleased with my experience at Lamoureux. I had bought my first car from Bill Thibaud back in 2010 and remembered having a great experience. When the icy road conditions took my 2007 Ford Focus to the junk yard, I decided to take a look at Lamoureux again. Bill was with other guests when I came in to look at cars, but that night he had emailed me a few different options of new and used cars in my price range. I had not given him much information as to what I was looking for, but he took the details I had said and sent along various cars with their specific details and their prices. It made it easy for me to take a look at the options online and then go to Bill with questions and concerns. This really expedited the process for me. Unfortunately, I did have to wait until checks from the insurance company came in to purchase the car. The dealership was patient and accommodating to my situation. They made it easy and relaxing for me. Also, The car I ended up purchasing was out of the showroom. Naturally the opening and closing of the doors drained the battery. When I went to test drive the car, the battery was dead. I laughed it off because it made sense for the battery to be a little drained. Nothing a jump couldn't fix. When I called up Bill to make the appointment to pick up the car, he said he had the guys in the service department replace the battery for me so I would have no future issues. Due to the battery being changed, my new car would not pass inspection, so Bill compensated me for the amount that it would cost to get an inspection closer to where I live. These guys go above and beyond! He then took me to the car and showed me how to set up the bluetooth and all of the neat functions of my new 2014 Ford Focus! Also, Marc Lamoureux, the owner, came down to greet me and my boyfriend each time we were there. It blew me away that he remembered me by name and made a point to stop by and say hello each of the five times I visited. I cannot say that I have found this genuine sense of kind hearted salesmen and saleswomen at other dealerships. In fact, I have found the opposite. I recommend Lamoureux Ford to anyone in the area looking for a new or used car. I am extremely pleased with my new car! More

We had every intention on purchasing our 2012 fusion after the lease end because we loved it so much We have leased many vehicles from Lamoureux Ford. We had every intention on purchasing our 2012 fusion after the lease end because we loved it so much. But after discussing the options with Bob Parker we realized it would be more cost effective to lease a new vehicle. We were so impressed with the new ford escape we ended up leasing it that very same day!! We still had 5 months before our lease was up on our fusion but ford took care of those payments!! We could not be more thrilled with the way we are treated and the hard work by all of the staff at Lamoureux Ford. We never have a bad experience and we really enjoy working with Bob Parker.
