Purchased a used 2012 Mustang I am not from the East Brookfield, MA area and found the 2012 Mustang at Lamoureux Ford through an online search. I live an hour away. I contacted Lamoureux Ford and worked with Dan Para. My experience dealing with Dan and Lamoureux Ford was great. I test drove the Mustang, received a reasonable offer for my trade and decided I needed to think about the purchase and left the dealership without any hassles or pressure to try to get me to purchase the vehicle right at that moment. Dan let me know that he could hold the Mustang for me until the next morning to give me a chance to decide. I ended returning to Lamouruex Ford and purchased the Mustang that same day. I returned the following day and picked up my 2012 Mustang. Once I returned home and looked over the car more I discovered that the Tire Inflation Kit (Air Compressor) was missing from the trunk. I contacted Dan and Lamoureux Ford ordered a new Tire Inflation Kit and had it waiting for me when I returned for my registration and sticker, no hassles at all. I would highly recommend Lamoureux Ford for your next car or truck purchase. More

Pleasant Experience From initial contact on the internet to driving out the door, there were no surprises and the experience was quite pleasant. The price was good and the entire experience from walking into the dealer to leaving after purchasing (including a moderately long test drive) was just over 1 hour. Derek let me do the test drive alone, which was quite nice. At another dealer, the salesman went with me and we had to make polite small talk and I had to listen to "the pitch". There was no hint of sliminess that you get at many other deals, which is a really nice difference. Marc, the Vice President, came over and introduced himself and thanked us for our business, a really nice touch. Overall, a great experience. More
