We were in the market for a Super Duty, and after some unsatisfactory trips to other dealerships, we decided to stop in at Lamoureux Ford. We knew what we wanted, and Koko very helpful in locating the exact truck from another dealers lot, setting up the dealer swap, and getting the truck to Lamoureaux in just a few days. When we arrived to pick up our vehicle, they had us out of the dealership as quickly as possible, but not without thoroughly explaining all of the features of the truck and setting up all of the required accounts, Sync, etc. All in all the best car shopping experience we have had to date, and when the time comes for our next purchase, we will definitely go back to see the folks at Lamoureux.
