Terrible experience. I found the new 2024 Mustang GT Premium that I agreed to purchase to be a filthy mess when I went to pick it up. The ceramic protection that I purcha I found the new 2024 Mustang GT Premium that I agreed to purchase to be a filthy mess when I went to pick it up. The ceramic protection that I purchased as an option was applied over dirty paint, and there was dirt everywhere. The paint was also scratched in several areas. The inside was a little better, but not by much. There were also cakes of mud under the hood and in the trunk. The vehicle was very dirty when I test drove it, but I was assured that it would be thoroughly cleaned before the ceramic protection was applied. The vehicle only had 32 miles on it, but it looked several years hold. My salesman was Brian and he came across as lazy, untrustworthy and uninterested. I refused to proceed with the purchase. My recommendation is to steer clear of this dealership. More
