The was no high pressure during the several test drives and the price negotiation was amicable. There was no holding my car hostage or any of the other tactics used found at other dealerships nearby. I think this is what brought me back - I got to look at what I wanted, had my questions answered, time to think about and ultimately decided to spend my money here. I had seriously considered another make of vehicle but the expereience we had there was surprisingly different than what I had expected.
