If I had to haggle and play chess against Bill with the numbers, his dealership would have lost me as a service department customer so he did well by the dealership as well. One of their competitors is 15 minutes closer to me. I'll only take the extra time to go to Lamoureux for servicing with my new car because the buying experience was positive. More
