I was very disappointed in the surprise add-on cost. I know it was an option of mine to take or leave, but it was close to being a deal breaker. The monthly amount I agreed to was an “all inclusive” amount. The option to protect the paint should have been presented before or part of the “all inclusive” amount. I will warn others of this “add-on’ cost if they choose to come to your dealership. More

On the fence about the customer service I am extremely happy that they were able to help me in the time of need however the customer service piece of it was not there.
