The last 2 times I’ve sent my vehicle to be serviced the cs rep was very unpleasant. The first of 2 visits (about 3 months ago) I spent $8+k on repairs only to have them overfill the oil and to “lose” the cs rep was very unpleasant. The first of 2 visits (about 3 months ago) I spent $8+k on repairs only to have them overfill the oil and to “lose” the entire contents of the glovebox. Today I pick up the car and both the main as well as the auxiliary battery covers are sitting in the passenger side footwell and the related fasteners are in the cup holder. This is after my cs rep had brought the car around for me, I.e. he had to see these items when he pulled the car around and did absolutely nothing about it/them. More
