We worked with Kevin Dooley, and, though we’ve never had a problem with any service advisor, he was just outstanding! His attention to detail and responsiveness was much appreciated, as well as his sense of a problem with any service advisor, he was just outstanding! We always love how the car comes back looking brand new! We really appreciate how Kevin kept us informed on how things were going, and when the car would be ready. Ash is a great person and an awesome customer service representative. I have been working with him for 9 years now and I always ask for him specifically when scheduling my appointments. My only conce representative. I have been working with him for 9 years now and I always ask for him specifically when scheduling my appointments. My only concern was that the dealership has started charging credit card service fees and that is something I would not expect from a high level dealership like Land Rover. Please revisit this decision. More
