They took personal ownership of the situation, stayed on top of the repairs, and made sure everything was resolved properly. Alicia’s communication and commitment made a big difference in restoring my confidence. While no one expects to have to bring in a new vehicle for service, the way a dealership responds in those moments says a lot.
