Excellent customer service! I initially scheduled an appointment for getting my 2019 Velar's 20K suggested manufacture's maintenance service performed After the check in proces I initially scheduled an appointment for getting my 2019 Velar's 20K suggested manufacture's maintenance service performed After the check in process Kevin suggested that it only needed an oil change and to top off all fluids due to the low mileage of my vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't taken advantage of because of my gender. Such an admiral suggestion and an example of excellent customer service. He could have easily proceeded with the service I initially had scheduled which would have resulted in costing more than an oil change fee. Kevin followed up with me within 24 hours to ensure all was still good after serving appointment. I will definitely return to Land Rover Alexandria for future service needs for my Velar. I will personally seek the assistance of Kevin for all upcoming service appointments. Additionally, Mr. Cabbagestalk,my favorite sales associate is on staff at this dealership He is the epitome of excellence in customer service. It seems that a certain amount of service expenditure is required to receive this treatment. After making my payment, I was informed that my vehicle was parked outside and I was required to locate it myself, without any assistance. It was only after I requested help that I was directed to its exact location. In terms of cleanliness, this location is satisfactory. It is also more spacious and aesthetically pleasing than the previous location. More
