Good morning Denise. I apologize for any miscommunication by my staff concerning your vehicle and our loaner. We received a safety recall list overnight that the vehicle you are driving was included. Jessica called you to switch out loaners and offered to come wherever you are so as to not inconvenience you. Your vehicle is currently in our shop. It was dropped off on 6/11 for the following concern: Complaint about a/c not working properly Low battery light displayed on dash 30k service All should be completed today if there are no complications. Hopefully your ac just needs to be charged. If it’s more than this it could take a little longer should we have to order any parts. If this was just a maintenance you would have had your vehicle back on 6/12. I will be at the store until closing today so I would be more than happy to discuss any concerns you have. Obviously, this is the wrong response. Perhaps, you are referring to something else or should have referred to someone else. Since this is a publicly reviewed issue and response, you might want to address the issue at hand of distrust and loyalty. My car is at 88,000 miles (not 30,000) and has literally fallen apart.
