I’ve had my car serviced here several times over the last few years, and I’ve always had a positive experience. Most recently they changed my car’s battery, and everything went smoothly. A better option would be to provide a discount for cash/debit transactions rather than a fee for credit. More

I can’t say enough about our experience at Land Rover Alexandria! I have dealt with many different dealerships in my lifetime, and this is my first Land Rover, but will not be my last! I aplogize if I leave anyone out, but this is the first vehicle I’ve purchased, that ‘Everyone’, I have spoken to, who is connected to this dealership, has been exceptional and treated us like we are part of their Family! I absolutely loved the experience with Jerome and Mo, who sold us our new car! They are both so professional, and kind, and made us feel like they truly care about us, and epitomize “Service after the sale!” We just had a service, and Tom kept us notified of everything going on! Mo made sure we had a loaner LR, as they had to have it overnight for the service. This was so convenient, thank you Mo! All the stress of looking for a vehicle for my “new” driver, was taken away after walking in and meeting all the staff, who helped us make the decision of buying a new vehicle from LRA!
