DO NOT SERVICE your vehicle at this location. Water pump replacement resulted in cracked radiator turned into blown head gaskets 3 days after picking up my 2016, LR4. After service of cracked radiator was performed, had to sign a Disclaimer to fix the damage to my car. After signing disclaimer under deress, head gaskets blew while installing new radiator. I purchased my 2016, LR4 in August of 2020, with 52,000miles I have been taking my LR4 to this Bedford, NH location since my first oil change and never had to sign "older vehicle disclaimer" The level of customer service Ai received with this visit is awful, it was excuse after excuse and never an apology, always Unfortunately!!! I have to say, they do not stand by 100% customer satisfaction. They refunded me my $2500 and sent me on my way as I towed my LR4 off the lot. DO NOT SERVICE YOUR Vehicle at this location. I never had any issues w my car, my coolant light came on, I brought it in for service, replaced water pump. 3 days later, my LR4 over heated on the highway, towed my car back to the dealership, told my radiator cracked, after replacing cracked radiator, they blew my head gaskets. Only to find this happened when I called about he loaner pick up the next day. I was told oh we were able to receive a radiator on Friday and on Monday your engine failed, you need a new engine. Really!!! Why was I not notified on Monday Unfortunately, you need a new engine is what I was told. This dealership is a joke!!! This is the short version, I have 26 emails to confirm the severity of this issue. I have towed my LR 4 5 times in the past month and have recently had a Digital Vehicle Inspection on my LR4 to diagnose the severity of my engine damage. I've towed my car to 3 different Land Rover Certified Dealerships to get the same end result in what caused my car to overheat. " failure to pressurize the coolant system properly, which could cause the engine to overheat". yes, this situation happened, with the sequence of events to lead to where I am, its the principle. They just don't care!! As a small female business owner myself, I would NEVER treat my customers in this manner nor another human this poorly. customer LOYALTY obviously is not important here. Just another number. NEXT! More
Very attentive! I bought my Disco in another state and have been bringing it to Bedford for service. They are wonderful. I get reminder calls and emails and when I arrive, they treat me very well. Extremely attentive and very courteous. Some dealers don't treat you the same if you didn't buy from them but not Bedford! All Rover owners are treated equally. :) More

Service Manager is terrific! The dealership tried to update the software and couldn't for some reason. I had to bring the RR back another time -- not good. But Noah, the service manager, was very kind and accommodating. He drove me to the airport and ensured that the vehicle would be ready for me when I returned late at night a couple of days later. I even asked, and was given, his cell number in case there was a problem. There was no problem. Noah is very good and reliable. More

My time was not valued I brought my RR in for a repair and recall - was planning to wait. They were offering a detail special so I decided to RENT a car (they had no loaners I brought my RR in for a repair and recall - was planning to wait. They were offering a detail special so I decided to RENT a car (they had no loaners) and leave the car overnight for repair, recall, and detail. 2:00 the next afternoon I had to call them to get the status. My vehicle would be completed by 3:00. I drove back to the dealer paid my $1800 invoice - went to my car - it was parked in the lot NOT in the service driveway and no one offered to get it for me. Upon entry - the car was dirty !!! Went back in the "manager" came out agreed the car had NOT been detailed - would I like to leave it ? No I would not like to rent a car for another day and drive another 80 miles for a $300 detail discounted to $250. For my trouble I was credited the $250 for the detail that was NOT performed and an additional $100. I was also offered a FREE detail the next time I am in for service. I WILL NOT be returning for service. More
