I purchased my vehicle in April 2025 in August 2025 I needed a suspension repair that was over $1500. I then brought my vehicle in in July for the vehicle dying out. It was actually towed in at that time needed a suspension repair that was over $1500. I then brought my vehicle in in July for the vehicle dying out. It was actually towed in at that time. they stated that the battery and alternator to be replaced. I paid over $2000 for the battery andthe alternator to get replaced. My vehicle came home within one day of driving the vehicle. The vehicle was shuttering and making a noise the vehicle was then brought back in to the dealership within one week stating that the engine mouth needs to be repaired. The vehicle was being repaired with the engine mounts costing over $3000 because they also say that I needed an SOS battery which is the backup battery for emergency assistance as the vehicle returned home. My headlight was out each time that the vehicle was brought in for some type of service, the vehicle came back with an additional issue. Every time the vehicle was dropped off. I requested that they take a look at all issues they could occur with the vehicle. They stated to me that they only do a visual inspection of the vehicle they cannot tell me what’s wrong with the vehicle. This was very disturbing due to the fact that I look at them as my mechanic as they’re supposed to be aware of anything that does not sound normal with the vehicle. Their statement is the only thing they take a look at when the vehicle is brought is what is mentioned this is very disturbing to know that the place Ipurchased vehicle from is not able to determine what is wrong with the vehicle when it comes in or to know what the vehicle should sound like. I do not recommend this location for any service due to the fact that the ownership continuously changes, this is the third owner that I have noticed within the last five years of purchasing vehicles from this location ownership has change. I also purchased a jaguar from this location in 2019 the engine had to be replaced up to three times before it was actually repaired. Something seems to be wrong with the type of service that is being done on these vehicles. I’m currently driving a Range Rover of Valor due to the fact that they sell Jaguars and Range Rover’s I cannot seem to understand why no one seems to no what the vehicle needs in regards to sound and look without having to tell them what exactly is wrong with the vehicle. it’s like I’m taking the vehicle in and telling them what to fix versus them getting the vehicle and being able to tell me when what needs to be repaired without just a visual eye they cannot understand the noises that goes with a vehicle to determine what needs to be checked again I have to repeatedly tell them what is wrong with the vehicle for them to even know what to fix and also each time my vehicle comes back. There’s something else wrong with it. I continuously ask them. Could you please make sure to take a look at all components of my vehicle and make me aware of what all is needed other than the things that I’ve already mentioned they seem to not be able to do so again I do not recommend this location due to the fact that the ownership continuously changes and the technicians are not aware of how to repair these luxury vehicles, other than by a visual of the eye.
