We are taking our Range Rover back in four times to have an issue with the deaf fluid gauge taken care of. We took it back in again on Monday, January 8 and as of Friday, January 12 is still not repaired no an issue with the deaf fluid gauge taken care of. Somewhere between Monday and Friday, Victor stopped working at Land Rover and another young lady is helping us. She has been very responsive about trying to keep us posted on what's going on. we would simply like to get our car back as soon as possible in working order as we have to drive 100 miles to your dealership each time we have this problem. It's not your fault we live that far away, but if the vehicle was repaired correctly the first time it would've saved us, three round trips and time away from work. We do appreciate that you provided a loaner car on this trip. That wasn't the case the first three times. More

Thomas has patiently worked with me for 3 years finding the perfect car, he never made me feel like I was wasting his time and made me feel so important even though I'm sure he has much more valuable clien the perfect car, he never made me feel like I was wasting his time and made me feel so important even though I'm sure he has much more valuable clients.
