Problems not resolved on vehicle, this is the 2nd time I've brought it in for the same problems. Myram told me it is 'normal' for new range rovers to have issues getting the radio & garage door opener to I've brought it in for the same problems. I find it appalling that I just paid over $160k for a vehicle that has basic issues with the radio and door opener. This is the 6th range rover I've owned, none of the others had issues like this. I think the dealership just didn't want to bother looking into these minor issues for me but they drive me nuts everyday when the radio won't work & I can't hardly get the garage opener to function. I would like a call from a service manager to help me understand how this is 'normal' for my vehicle More

I recently took my car to a Land Rover dealership for repairs on two issues. Expecting a high standard of service, I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I received no updates on the status of my car, and whenever I called, no one seemed to have any information. The situation worsened when I learned that the person assigned as my contact no longer worked there, and to my surprise, my car had been ready for days without my knowledge. Upon arrival to collect my car, the confusion continued. No one at the dealership seemed to know who had worked on my car or what specific services had been performed. Although my car’s initial problems appear to have been resolved, the entire process was handled unprofessionally, with a glaring lack of communication. This experience was thoroughly disappointing and completely unexpected from a luxury brand like Land Rover, known for its high standards. It’s undoubtedly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. More
