Turned out it was going to add nearly $7000 to the financed amount. Kept saying I could pay off early and avoid the over $20000 in finance charges at >8% for 6 or more years. Without knowing if there was an amortization schedule in the fine print, I was not buying it. Had to say “just sell me the car” SEVERAL times to their ‘finance person’ and threatened to walk several times. Only my happiness with the service at this dealership and Service Manager Frank Banda kept me from doing so. More

Took my Defender 110 in because of a red coolant level low light. Other services were adequately performed, but the light came back on as I drove home. Was told that since no leak had been detected, the s low light. Other services were adequately performed, but the light came back on as I drove home. Was told that since no leak had been detected, the sensor must be at fault and the sensor AND coolant tank need to be replaced, so another visit would need to be scheduled. Since I live 60 miles from the dealership, it is a hardship to do so. More
