Lorraine, Victor, and Miriam were incredible! Lorraine went over and above her job. I might have been frustrated with situation and showed it but not once did Lorraine get upset with me or lose b Lorraine went over and above her job. Lorena was an outstanding service advisor. My vehicle was not even touch after being in the service department for a week. I was not aware until I called to check the status of my vehicle. No follow up was provided even after I made contact with t department for a week. I was not aware until I called to check the status of my vehicle. No follow up was provided even after I made contact with the service advisor about my vehicle being there for already a week A few days later I still had to call to check the status of my vehicle. I have had my vehicle for over 6 years and this was the worse experience I have ever had. More
