Victor Zapata is a horrible sales representative and dishonorable person. Our Rover had lots of problems (lemon) and he promised us a buyout number....then never called us back. When we followed up with him, he pretended he didn't remember our conversation (there were 2 of us on the phone with him)...got defensive to cover up for his own incompetence, and hung up on us because he didn't like getting called out on NOT delivering what he promised. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH VICTOR ZAPATA.... More
