He gave me an amazing deal with a smile and no haggling. Brock spent two hours at my house teaching me all the features of the car and even went out of his way to help me correct something in my other car. After committing to purchase a vehicle, however, some confusion at the dealership resulted in the car being sold out from under us the day the purchase was to be finalized. The dealership worked hard to attempt to find an acceptable replacement and make it right in the end. More
