From the time I parked in their guest parking space to the time I left the dealership, I was extremely and pleasantly surprised by the very friendly and professional staff at Cerritos Land Rover. Huge shout-out and thanks to Ahmed for a no-pressure approach to sales, especially accomodating my reasonable conditions, making for a very smooth and easy purchase decision. Also big thanks to Seif and Raphael in Finance for continuing the relaxed experience working out the paperwork and answering my questions. Thanks to Gustavo for the vehicle walk-thru going over vehicle features, as well as ensuring the car came with all the accessories it was supposed to. Finally, thanks to Adam for delivering my vehicle safely all the way down to San Diego with all that LA/SD Freeway traffic, on the same day as my purchase! And again to Seif who drove down with Adam in a different vehicle for the return trip back to Cerritos. The dealership being clean out in the lot and in the guests and office spaces definitely represented the luxury and prestige of the brand. Complimented by a super friendly and professional staff... what more can you ask for in a dealership and vehicle purchase experience?! Thank you all for the awesome experience I had buying my first Land Rover!! More

SO INSULTING I purchased a Mercedes AMG53 Convertible, And had issue from the first minute on my way home after the purchase, whole car was shaking on the freeway. They said that they had fixed the rims And had issue from the first minute on my way home after the purchase, whole car was shaking on the freeway. They said that they had fixed the rims but in fact they had only fixed 1 rim and also air suspension pump was broken. I called in and sent email but no response. when I put my bad review they answered by "contact us to solve the issue" I did send an email to the General Manager but never got a response. It end up costing me over $2000 to fixe the issues. NOW they have the audacity to send me email and call me to go there and buy another car from them, really? Pay my money and show that you care more about your customers then a few dollars and then try to sell me another car. More
