Horrible customer service. Made an appointment a month out and was told it would be 1-2 days for my service. 3 days later, I had to call to check on status. I left a VM and never got a return call. Finall out and was told it would be 1-2 days for my service. 3 days later, I had to call to check on status. I left a VM and never got a return call. Finally got the car back on the 5th business day, without even so much as a wash included. So much for luxury... More
