2019 LX 570 Inspiration Edition. The LX was as advertised, friendly sales staff, quick in and out, but I was paying cash. They need to get rid of the 699.00 administration fee, especially for customers paying cash. Over all not a bad experience would have been better if they were a Lexus dealership, or worked with there sister lexus dealership, the LX was pretty much new, but I had to contact the lexus dealership to have things like info system changed to my name from previous owned, if I had waited on them it would have never happened. Like 99% most dealerships tell you anything to get you in and out the door. Might buy from them again the sales man was a good person. The employee in the financial office was very good really had there stuff together, made the paper work quick process. Was supposed to send title signature required, they did not, glad I was home to receive it ! More
