We are in the market for a Defender and we found the perfect one at Red Noland. They have a beautiful 2022 with a third row that we adored. Since this was the only model on the lot, we were told we ha perfect one at Red Noland. They have a beautiful 2022 with a third row that we adored. Since this was the only model on the lot, we were told we had to wait for the manager’s spouse to trade in the one she had before we could complete the purchase due to the company’s policy of having to have one on hand for viewing. We were assured this would happen in the coming days, so we completed the application, our credit was checked, and we were provided an offer for our trade in. The next day we were told our credit was good, but the boss’s spouse was not trading the other Defender. How can a car dealership not want to sell a car? We contacted numerous Land Rover dealerships in several states to find our Defender to no avail. All of the dealerships stated they have never heard of such a policy. After contacting a manager at Red Noland, I was told there was nothing he could do and our hopes should not have been dashed by having gone all the way through the process only to be left empty handed. Needless to say, we will never purchase a vehicle from this dealer with their unacceptable practices. More

Great Experience From the first moment we walked into the show room the folks at Land Rover Colorado Springs took great care of us. Rob found exactly the car we wante From the first moment we walked into the show room the folks at Land Rover Colorado Springs took great care of us. Rob found exactly the car we wanted and helped us understand everything there was to know about the car. There was never any pressure and when we did buy he spent about an hour with me going through all the features of the car...after I had already signed the paperwork. When I got home I noticed a nail in the tire and it was slowly leaking down. I called Rob, right at closing time, and they sent a technician with a new tire to change it out for us!! Great service putting customer first. Thanks to all, we are customers for life! More

Car shopping isn't the easiest task in the world, but when you have someone as understanding and patient as Rob it makes the whole shopping experience extremely worthwhile. We had a couple of bumps in the road with our first land rover purchase but when the whole team pulled together it all ended up for the best. I also need to thank Chris and Curtis in the service department for excellent customer service and always having a car available for me. Finally I need to thank Thom for going above and beyond. This truly has been the best experience in buying a new car and I'm so glad I bought my Range Rover Evoque!! I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone I know! More
