Joshua met me with a ready-to-go, upbeat attitude. He explained the cost of the diagnostics right up front, which I greatly appreciated. There were no surprises. I liked the video assessment that was provided; giving me a great overview of the current state and things to expect in the near future. As a side note, while I was in the waiting area, there were a couple of other service agents talking to what appeared to be a long-term customer, given the context of the conversation. But the important takeaway was the agents' positive energy, the great things they had to say about General Manager and the positive relationship between sales and service. They described it as they had never seen such collaboration and thoroughly enjoyed coming to work. This is a great testament to the leadership and the sense of value and appreciation the employees feel. Joshua did a great job ~ and the atmosphere reinforced that this is the place to bring my vehicle! More

Dear Land Rover Denver, I have never in my life received such excellent service! From the first call to the last wave, everyone was welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate your entire team, but I must shine a spotlight on your newest hire, Rachide Reese. Wow! What a genuine and conscientious Dealer Associate! I had not planned on bringing my vehicle to the dealership for service but I am so glad I did! Rachide made sure that I was kept informed of my vehicle’s status and took extra care and consideration of my time and property. When he realized the timing of my repair would impact my work, he made sure I had transportation until my repairs were completed. He even was able to access a warranty I didn’t even think of, saving me hundreds of dollars and a huge headache. If I wasn’t told otherwise, I would have thought Rachide had been a part of the Land Rover family for many years. He is wonderful at his job and my vehicle is driving better than ever! As someone who values excellence, I can see why Land Rover Denver has an exemplary Dealer Associate like Rachide Reese. There was never any doubt that my vehicle was in good hands. Jack Hubert was very professional and answered all my questions about the service. He also walked me out to my car, and he noticed there was a loose wiper head and he fixed it right away. This was my first visit to Land Rover Denver. I walked in at 9:15am, was greeted professionally by the Concierge at the front desk. Alex queried me about what I was interested in, I told him I had never sat in a Defender and only seen them on the road. He shared with me how difficult they were to locate as so many are pre-ordered and/or pre-sold. He did, however have a handful that were available and he shared with me the features and specifications of those. Fast forward a few minutes, they kindly and respectfully evaluated my 2021 BMW X5 45e, worked up an offer for the Defender I liked and provided me a fair value for my trade in. From first meeting to driving away was about 90 minutes. Highs: The Concierge (I regrettably can't recall her name), Alex, Wes and Ryan are rock stars! You start ANY business in any field and if those four on your team and be better for it. Alex was just amazing and I resisted the urge to try to hire him for my company, that would have been disrespectful to the dealership, haha. There are dealerships where you can absolutely feel the authenticity and genuine culture of service and Land Rover Denver nails this in my opinion. I HIGHLY recommend doing business with Land Rover Denver and Alex....Land Rovers aren't for everyone nor is every potential buyer a perfect fit for Land Rover but when those two things are aligned for a potential vehicle purchase, this is the place to come. Kudos to the whole team and to the superlative management who assembled such a wonderful team. More
This was our first service appt on our CPO Range Rover purchased from Land Rover Denver. Our service professional ensured any eligible labor and parts were covered by our extended warranty leaving only th purchased from Land Rover Denver.
