I am VERY disapointed that one of the benefits that sold me my Land Rover a few years ago was taken away when the new owners came in. The free oil change for life was promised and all of the sudden the new owners did not take on that offer. I work in the business world and when we take over companies and organizations we keep like promises. I find the fact that I had to find out as I was picking my car up from service for its oil change that this benefit is not being honored by new management to be unprofessional. If you had to ask me if I would buy another car from the current owners my answer would be not sure...I sent in an email to the owners via the website about 3 months ago and requested someone to call me from management and that never happened. More
