I came into Land Rover Highlands Ranch and found their service department to be outstanding, every employee I talked to was very friendly and went out of their way to explain the details of what I need do service department to be outstanding, every employee I talked to was very friendly and went out of their way to explain the details of what I need done on my Land Rover. My experience was fantastic and always enkoy working with Darrel and John. The service was at the top of the game. Since I am rating the dealership for their service I want to mention something. I am VERY disapointed that one of the benefits that sold me my Land Rover a few years ago was taken away when the new owners came in. The free oil change for life was promised and all of the sudden the new owners did not take on that offer. I work in the business world and when we take over companies and organizations we keep like promises. I find the fact that I had to find out as I was picking my car up from service for its oil change that this benefit is not being honored by new management to be unprofessional. If you had to ask me if I would buy another car from the current owners my answer would be not sure...I sent in an email to the owners via the website about 3 months ago and requested someone to call me from management and that never happened. More

I'm a jeans and tshirt kind of guy, so I didn't know what to expect at a high end dealership like this. What I got was a team of pros that were extremely friendly and down to earth. Gary lead the know what to expect at a high end dealership like this. What I got was a team of pros that were extremely friendly and down to earth. Gary lead the way, communicating the whole time with out laying down a ton of pressure. Also, they were all more than understanding when I was dealing the anxiety of "what will my wife think?" All in all a very positive experience and I would recommend Land Rover East to my best friend. More
I have owned several Rovers and like any mechanical device they have needed repairs at one time or another. A true test of a dealer is how they address something when it ISNT right or up to snuff. Darryl at Land Rover is always able to answer my questions and concerns. When I do go in for service I can easily scedule a time, I get a quality loaner and am kept up to date as to status of the repair. Even in cases where I decided to wait I have been provided with wi-fi, beverages and in a pinch even an office to take a conference call. I tried a couple of third party shops for out of warranty repairs but in the end I didnt feel like I saved any money or got better service. LRDE recently changed ownership and I am happy to say that my experience has improved even above what I had before. Premium vehicle..... Premium service More
Sales person was slow to answer questions at first but after talking to Scott that issue was resolved. I am not thrilled with the company that does the clear bra / tint because the clear bra had to be red after talking to Scott that issue was resolved. I am not thrilled with the company that does the clear bra / tint because the clear bra had to be redone and now my tint has to be redone as well. I would have taken it somewhere else if I had know this person could not tint or do the clear bra right. Service adviser is very helpful and very friendly. I got back to denver east because of the service department, best in town. More
