Great Purchasing Experience I just completed the purchase of my second LR4. He was on point 100%, always available 100%, fast response via email/text/phone 100% within 30 min 100%!!!. He was following up with me weekly until my car arrived and kept me updated at all times. I believe this is the best and the highest quality service you can and will ever receive. I'm glad I found a person I can trust 100% and built a future relationship with. I went in quite a few times, couldn't decide on color schemes, etc. and he was always so nice and easy going about it. He is very efficient and had everything ready to go. He arranged for me to drop off my leased Porsche with him and pick up my Range Rover Sport and it was all done so quickly I was amazed. Since then he's contacted me to see how I'm doing and if I have any questions. I contacted him when I light on my dashboard went on and I wasn't sure what it meant, he immediately responded and to be safe set up a service appt., had someone bring me a loaner and pick up my car. I looked at a CPO range Rover Evoque on a Thursday afternoon. Alan contacted me Thursday evening having already secured financing. I returned on Friday afternoon, my trade- in was handled very fairly, actually at the high end of what KBB said to expect. All told , from start to finish , I was in my new car about 28 hours after I first saw it. I have a feeling if I was ready on Thursday, I would have left in the new car that day. Hopefully I'll be seeing Alan again when it's my wifes turn for a new car. More
