He helped my mother trade in my father's Jaguar, and get into a new lease with an absolute minimum of fuss. All he required from our end was to drop of the car and leave him the keys. He took care of all the details -- cleaning, inspection, etc -- and getting us a great trade in price for it. My mother, who has been having a tough couple of years as my father is very ill, was treated with a great amount of care and respect by Gus. He made her life -- and our lives -- easy by making the whole process transparent, simple and incredibly easy. He is always present for a call or a question, or just to be a shoulder to cry on.
