He took his time with my son and I and answered all of our questions and got us the price we were looking for. After a test drive my son and I decided that this was the truck for him. Steve walked us through every step of the process with patience. Anytime I had a question, Steve took my call or answered my email and was ready with all the answers I needed. The day of the pickup the truck and paperwork was ready and waiting. He took the time to explain every detail of what I was signing. The day of pickup was my son's birthday. Steve even went out of his way to run and put a bow on the truck for pictures. Being a Ray Catena customer for several years I knew that the service would be excellent.
