Absolutely amazing experience....no words! I'm really at a loss for where to begin...my husband and I were in the market for a luxury SUV for close to a year! We checked out some vehicles early I'm really at a loss for where to begin...my husband and I were in the market for a luxury SUV for close to a year! We checked out some vehicles early 2017 before our lease was originally due back but either there were no deals at all on what we liked or we didn't love what we drove, so we extended our current car lease- 3 times! We drove the Range Rover Velar when it first came out and fell in love with it, but again- there were no deals...so we had time to wait and we did. Boy, am I glad we did! We got to work with Jim Mull & he was absolutely amazing. He took so much time with us, understood what we were looking for, was brutally honest and never once made us feel pressured. We had complete open communication with him & at this point, we were in a time crunch that my other lease really had to get back in time & not extended anymore. We walked in on Saturday hoping we would be able to 1) finally get an SUV we loved & 2)also be able to get a good deal on it. Well, we got both & then some. A car that happened to be in stock had even more than what I even thought we would be able to get, is nicer than anything I spent hours customizing and sent to Jim lol & still fit within our budget. Jim knew this was a dream car for me & he really took that into account trying to make the magic happen for us & he really exceeded every expectation we had (and yes, we have high expectations lol)....Needless to say, if you're in the market for a Land Rover or Jaguar, RUN to go see Jim. The experience through and through will blow your mind for all that he does, how responsive he is, how patient he is, how much he knows about all of the vehicles, how hard he will work to get you the best deal & make sure you're happy first and foremost. This was by far an experience unto itself. I can go on & on. If you're still reading this, just stop & go see him! lol More

How can this dealership have a five-star rating?? I'm not sure if the whole Land Rover brand is unreliable or if it's just the Edison location but I can't believe the issues I am having with a "luxury I'm not sure if the whole Land Rover brand is unreliable or if it's just the Edison location but I can't believe the issues I am having with a "luxury" brand car! Since I've had my Discovery for two years, I've had to have it serviced four times already (and that is for problems, not routine maintenance). My prior car was a BMW 328 and I never had any issues at all. The employees in the service department are unreliable and unprofessional. I don't know if this is a communication issue at the dealership or just employee carelessness. I definitely am not getting a Land Rover again in the future, and I am going to inform my family and friends of the same. More

As an office manager myself, customer service is key and Steve not only exceeded my expectations by making me feel at home, he was straight to the point and made sure I understood all my contract and terms and was helpful to work with me and my budget.
