Pete didn't try to "sell me a car". I told him what I was looking for, he listened to what I was saying, understood it was reasonable, and made it happen. That makes a world of difference!! Being that I am three hours away, Pete and I worked out a deal over the phone. Having never purchased a car this way before, I was a bit lost as to what to do next. Pete took the time to explain the process. He was very professional, easy to talk to, and he took care of everything.
